To streamline technical support requests and better serve you, we use a support ticket system. Each technical support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.This system is for technical support related issues. Please email enquiries or requests for work to be carried out to our Solutions Team: solutions@zeevo.co.nz. Thank you.

Christmas/New Year Support Services
Our Support team are taking a well deserved break. Normal support services resume from 9am Monday 6th of January 2020.Technical Support Coverage
Our engineers are automatically notified if the servers that host your solution are under unusually high amounts of load or completely down. If your website or app is down, and it is not a problem with your internet connection, chances are our network engineers have already been notified.
Clients with a Service Level Agreement
Access to our engineers remains in place via the documented contact method.
Emergency Business Critical Support for non-SLA clients
Emergency support will be available between (10am - 4pm) NZST during business days.
Emergency support is limited to resolving business critical issues; a website or application outage or error that prevents an end user from using your website or app.
Please note: Emergency support requests must be logged by Opening a New Ticket. Emails and calls won't reach us.
Non-critical Support
Issues logged and evaluated as non–critical or outside Emergency Business Critical Support parameters by our engineers will be reviewed from 6th of January 2020.
